Capability · learn by doing

Turn AI experience into everyday capability.

Work on real tasks with the AI tools your organisation uses. Our training, workshops and promptathons combine practical experimentation, critical review and transfer into daily work.

Choose the format for your learning need

From one-to-one executive support to large-group training, online or in person: the format follows your context. We work with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini, taking account of your organisation’s access and usage rules.

Training

Build a shared foundation. Practise giving context, developing useful prompts and checking the results.

Promptathon

Teams work on selected challenges, compare approaches and present what they have learned. The focus is a useful result and the learning behind it.

Focused workshop

Explore a specific question, workflow or leadership task with the people who understand the context.

Useful outputs, not just a demonstration

Depending on the task, participants develop reusable drafts, a tested way of working or a clearer use-case proposal. We discuss where AI helps, where its output is unreliable and when human review is essential. Sensitive information should only be used in an approved environment.

Transfer starts during the session

Participants reflect on what worked and which conditions mattered. Shared examples, review criteria and responsibilities help the team keep learning afterwards. Where a technical solution is needed, we connect the learning to a scoped pilot instead of treating a workshop result as production-ready.

A clear agreement before we start

Public SMC webinars are free. Bespoke company workshops, talks, programmes and ongoing support are paid services by prior agreement. We agree objectives, participants, tools, preparation and deliverables with you; sending an enquiry does not create a booking.

Your next step

Start with your context.

A focused conversation helps identify whether consulting, training or implementation is the right starting point.
